If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do, we guarantee to give a refund, exchange, or credit as selected by you in the same original payment method used to process the order.

Please Note:- Any damages caused during delivery by the delivery agent are replaced by Engraving Plus at no extra charge to the customer. In most cases, a photo will be requested for our records. Please do not return any product prior to contacting us to discuss.
We will require presentation of the original Engraving Plus (Goldenks Pty Ltd) sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if the return reason is a result of our error. To report any dissatisfaction with an order, please first contact us by one of the methods listed below:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact us prior to returning goods to Engraving Plus (Goldenks Pt y Ltd). Where a refund of goods is payable, all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods Engraving Plus (Goldenks Pty Ltd) will:
1. Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge by the same original payment method used to process the order
1. Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges by the same payment method used to process the order.
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Engraving Plus (Goldenks Pty Ltd). Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if the return reason is a result of our error.
