AUSTRALIAN PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge your credit card until engraving commences or your order is ready to be dispatched; if no engraving is ordered. If you would like to pay by credit card but do not wish to provide your credit card details over the internet, please check-off 'Cheque, Money Order, or Direct Deposit' as method of payment in the checkout pages and then add comments to advise that you wish to pay by credit card offline. We will contact you to organise for a Credit Card Authorisation Form to be completed and returned by fax, mail, or email.Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque, Company Cheque, Money Order, or Direct Deposit are acceptable methods of payment.

If you choose to pay by direct deposit; we will contact you to advise our Bank Deposit Details and the Reference Number required to identify your payment with. 

All online prices include GST, GST is payable on all Australian orders.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA) PAYMENTS
 
Unitl recently, we were not accepting credit card payments from International customers due to credit card fraud.

However, we are now willing to process credit card payments from International customers with completion of an International Credit Card Authorisation Form which can be completed and returned by fax, mail, or email.

Please check-off 'Cheque, Money Order, or Direct Deposit' as method of payment in the checkout pages and then add comments to advise that you wish to pay by international credit card. We will then send you the form required to be completed and advise final payment amount including postage charges which are not automatically calculated by our Online Store.
