Our Head Office is located in a small country town approximately 1 hour
West of Brisbane in the central area better known as "The Valley
of the Lakes".
Our Laser Engraving Department and Trophy Store is located at 80 Brisbane
Street Ipswich. We enjoy a positive and pleasant atmosphere, and we know
that the success of Engraving Plus is due to the fantastic Teamwork of
our Valued Employees, and of course, our Valued Customers.
Chris, Natalie or Jenny are available to assist with your enquires anytime
from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am to 7:30pm, and
Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm

Sandy Tredgold - Office & Finance Manager
Commencing
work at the age of 15 at a Newspaper Firm, Sandy has been in a variety
of roles over some 30 years, providing her with the experience that makes
her indespensable and irreplaceable to Engraving Plus.
Sandy is the treasured wife of Grant (previous Managing Director), a mum
to Natalie and Matthew who both work beside her in the family business,
a grandma to three fine grandchildren, and a keen (and entertaining) Golfer.
"I guess the one thing that sticks in my mind over this time is the
constant changes that have to be made to ensure our business continues
to be unique, innovative, user friendly and cost effective. This makes
my job extremely challenging and very satisfying, especially when I look
back at our humble beginnings."
Sandy works from the Head Office located in the beautiful Lockyer Valley.
Sandy is a Director of Goldenks Pty Ltd Trading as Engraving Plus. Sandy
is also a part owner of an importing business supplying giftware to the
Engraving Plus Retail and Online Stores, and also to other like businesses
throughout Australia.

Natalie
Bronickis (nee Tredgold) - Marketing, Website, & Store Manager
Starting out in a Typesetting Firm, Natalie developed a keen interest
in Graphic Design, moving into Hospitality and then onto a PA Role to
a National Manager in Transport. Discovering her pregnancy with her
first child in 2000, Natalie decided it was time to join the family
business!
"I must admit the first 12 months of working at Engraving Plus,
I was a little bored. Everything was so masculine and I had no idea
what I was doing - Engraving, Key Cutting, Shoe Repairs - none of that
was my thing! I decided I wanted more from my job, I wanted a career.
And where better to start than the family business".
Natalie took on a Marketing and Promotions role selecting new stock
and implementing displays instore. "But I wanted more, so I took
on the online store. I started from scratch, rebuilding the entire website
and made the change to a better shopping cart. Now, I LOVE my job and
wouldn't leave it for anything. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction
than to work with my Mum, Dad and Brother ensuring the future of the
family business!"
Natalie has completed Certificate IV in Business Administration.
Natalie works from the Laser Engraving Department and Trophy Store at
80 Brisbane Street Ipswich 3 days a week, and from Head Office 2 days
a week. She is also a part owner of an importing business supplying
giftware to the Engraving Plus Retail and Online Stores, and also to
other like businesses throughout Australia.

Chris Jones - Laser Engraving Department Supervisor
Chris works from the Laser Engraving Department and Trophy Store at

Jenny Hinks - Administration Assistant
Jenny worked in the Retail Industry for many years before having her
family, now her children are older, Jenny has returned to the workforce.
Jenny
has now worked for Engraving Plus for several years and is learning
all aspects of the laser engraving department and office administration.
From setting up the images to cleaning, proof reading and packaging
the internet orders, the processes are quite complex. Jenny believes
in good old fashion customer service, and provides a service she would
expect when she is the customer.
"I
have one of those jobs you love to get up in the morning to go to. It
has many challenges including getting a customers order packed safely
and into the mail on schudule. I
also get to experience both sides of the company from shop front to
the inner workings of the office. And I am able to follow orders through
from the initial contact with Natalie (from our office) to the finished
product. It's great to hear some of the testimonials, I think we work
really well as a team. The work ethic in this company is great you are
not expected to do anything that all levels of staff would not do, and
all levels are working towards giving you, the customer, exactly that
special gift that someone will treasure for a long time (life time)."
Jenny has completed Certificate III in Business Administration and is
currently completing a Certificate III in Footwear Repair
