Laser Computer Engraving

Our Computer Engraving Systems will mark, engrave and etch on; metal, stainless steel, brass, gold, silver, pewter, glass, plastic and acrylic, wood, leather, stone, cardboard, rubber, composites, and many other materials. Images and Text can be reproduced onto almost any item with precision and accuracy. Our engraving systems are the most permanent marking method currently available.

What is Laser Engraving? (VIEW IMAGES)
A computer guided laser beam that “burns” an image and/or text onto a suitable surface. With the versatility of being able to adjust computer settings, the Laser Engraving Machine can perform a number of different tasks that are required for engraving different substances. The Laser Engraver settings can be adjusted to cleanly remove a very fine layer of a coated surface or abrasive enough to etch an image and text into glass, wood, or even stone. Laser Engraving is suitable for most surfaces.

What is Metal Marking? (VIEW IMAGES)
Much like Laser Engraving except laser marking on metal is made possible through the use of a special substance that is sprayed onto the surface of the engraving area of the item prior to the “burning” of the laser beam. By using this spray we are able to “mark” a permanent solid black image and text onto materials, such as Stainless Steel, that normally would be resilient to the Laser Engraving process alone.

What is Etch Engraving?
The Engraving Plus Etching process is perfect for engraving on precious metals and any other surface that is not suitable for Laser Engraving or Metal Marking. It is also perfect for Trophy plates and any other engraving job that requires fine engraving. This engraving machine “scratch” engraves the surface much like a motor hand engraving machine.
