AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY


Standard Despatch Times *(delivery times are additional, please see further below)

If you require your order earlier than our advised standard lead times, please ensure to let us know in your order comments or feel free to contact us to check first if you wish. We will do everything we can to assist with your delivery requirements {priority orders are available on application, and may incur additional fees if after hours work will be required to meet your needs ~ this will be advised, if applicable, when responding to your request}. We also make sure to keep you fully updated with scheduled engraving and/or despatch times throughout the ordering process.

Other Banks may take 24-72 hours for the transfer to be completed.

Please note; any advised estimated Delivery Dates and Times are not guaranteed. Please ensure to leave enough time for your order to be completed and delivered to avoid any disappointment. Be sure to also include enough time for any possible replacements due to damage to be resupplied if necessary (or, if ordering bulk engraved glassware, consider ordering an additional couple more to cover any possible damages received where there is little spare time left to resupply replacements for your event).

*Bulk orders may require 10 to 15 business days, please see BULK ORDERS for more information below.

* Invitations and stationery may take longer depending on the design, and we will usually require 3 to 12 weeks for full production, depending on quantity and/or intricacy {from final approvals and payment received. Wedding and Holiday Seasons may increase lead times for invitations and stationery items}.

*Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time.

 

Delivery Method and Charges

Delivery timing advised is additional to lead times, as above. If you require your order earlier than our advised standard lead times, please ensure to let us know in your order comments or feel free to contact us to check first if you wish. We will do everything we can to assist with your delivery requirements {priority orders are available on application, and may incur additional fees if after hours work will be required to meet your needs ~ this will be advised, if applicable, when responding to your request}. We also make sure to keep you fully updated with scheduled engraving and/or despatch times throughout the ordering process.

Delivery within Australia will normally be via Courier or Australia Post. Freight options are offered on checkout based on the delivery address. As our website is not setup to automatically calculate delivery fees (as we have found this to be inaccurate in the past), if the delivery option selected will not suit or fit the items/s purchased, we will contact you with suitable options for your consideration.

Please see table below regarding delivery options available, and a guideline of sizing. If you are unsure which delivery option to select on checkout, simply select "PLEASE QUOTE" and we will contact you with suitable options for your consideration.

Larger orders may be sent in a large parcel, or multiple parcels via a Courier or Australia Post and will incur further delivery charges. Any such required adjustment will be communicated to you prior to despatching your order and charging you. If you do not agree to the additional delivery charges, you may cancel your order.

You are welcome to organise your own courier for collection (protective packaging fees may apply, and will be advised to you on application), or to pick up your order from O'Connor WA address (by appointment/on request).

If we are advised by you that your order is urgent, we may also suggest Express Post delivery option, or a faster delivery service for fastest delivery timing. If approved by you, the delivery charge will be adjusted to the new express post/fast delivery charge when we manually process the payment for your order in our studio. Our standard lead time of 5 to 10 business days for order despatch will still apply, unless earlier despatch timing is requested and available.

Any advised estimated Delivery Dates and Times are not guaranteed, as the delivery service is not within our level of control. Please ensure to leave enough time for your order to be completed and delivered to avoid any disappointment.

Estimated times of delivery can be calculated by the Estimated Despatch Times plus the Estimated Delivery Timing in the tables above.

If you have been advised via email by us that your order has been estimated to arrive by a certain date and it has not, please check your order on our website for tracking details and complete an online tracking search via the link provided. If you have no luck with the tracking link, or the delivery agent, please don't hesitate to contact us to assist with the tracking of your parcel.

If a parcel tracking shows the item/s have been delivered by the courier or Australia Post, it is deemed to be delivered, and our responsibility to fulfill your order and delivery is complete.

(please note; missing parcels may take up to 10 business days for a full investigation by Australia Post, and usually up to 3 business days with the courier).

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to a delivery address being provided on the order as incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery fees will apply. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order on our website, and be sure to double check these details on your order receipt (received by email directly after placing your order). If you find your delivery information is incorrect, or incomplete, please be sure to email us immediately with your order ID number and the correct details so we can manually adjust this information on your order for you.


Damages Received on Delivery

Our Freight Fees include; registered or traceable post (to reduce possibility of theft), instore cover "insurance" (to protect our client against loss or damage during delivery*), and protective packaging. 

If any damages during delivery are received (and caused by the delivery method), we replace them as soon as possible FREE of charge* (we request to receive a clear photograph of the damaged item/s). Be sure to also include enough time for any possible replacements due to damage to be resupplied if necessary (or, if ordering bulk engraved glassware, consider ordering an additional couple more to cover any possible damages received where there is little spare time left to resupply replacements for your event). If there is an error with your order or damages during delivery, we request to be notified within 3 business days of delivery due to the fragile nature of glassware. Please note:- Damages and errors are a rare occurrence.

*We do not cover any damages to chocolates, almonds or lollies caused during delivery. The chocolates and almonds are packed well, and are most often despatched direct from our supplier to ensure the most direct delivery and reduced handling. This also guarantees they are the freshest possible, rather than being ordered at an earlier date and stored in our studio. 99.9% of the time, the chocolates and almonds arrive without any damage. In summer months we recommend ordering chocolates and almonds from your nearest supplier.

*If there are Damages caused to the gift packaging during the delivery of the order, but the product itself remains in good condition, this does not render the product as damaged. However, if you wish to advise us of the damages to the packaging and we have spare box we can replace it with, we will do so. Advising us will also inform us of any high damage delivery areas, so we can take any necessary action to try to remedy a problem area.

Please Note:- Additional freight packaging charges may be applicable for glass orders (to protect against damage during delivery) and will be quoted for prior to finalisation and charging for your order. Also, some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to the above delivery costs. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you prior to despatching your order and charging you. If you do not agree to the additional delivery charges, you may cancel your order.

 

Bulk Orders

For most bulk orders, we prefer to use our Courier delivery, as 80% of the time the delivery charges calculate to around 30% cheaper than Australia Post. The courier prefers to receive a signature on delivery; however will leave your order in an easily accessible "safe place" at the delivery point as advised by you. Once an order has been delivered via the courier we cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss caused to it by being left in the "safe place". Please be sure to advise a “safe place” just in case someone may not be available to sign for delivery, a “safe place” is a requirement for courier delivery. This will ensure your parcel is delivered whether someone is there to sign for it or not and will avoid any further delivery charges that would be necessary if the courier had to re-deliver. We cannot advise exact delivery dates or times, as our courier is unable to provide this detail to us, however we do provide scheduled dispatch and delivery dates for your reference.

If the Courier calculates to be cheaper for the delivery of your order, we will email you with a delivery price for Registered Australia Post delivery and Courier delivery so you may make an informed decision for the delivery of your order. If you do not agree to the additional delivery charges, you may cancel your order.

If your order is being delivered via Courier, the tracking number and a traceable link will be recorded on your online order after your order is despatched. You may view the tracking number by logging into your account (please note:- tracking information and updates is provided by the courier, on their own website).

Bulk orders may require up to 15 business days to engrave and despatch, plus delivery time. We also recommend allowing an additional 7 days in case of any damages during delivery or late RSVP's. Please note; Any advised estimated Delivery Dates and Times are not guaranteed. Please ensure to leave enough time for your order to be completed and delivered to avoid any disappointment.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA) DELIVERY

International orders are available on application and accepted at our discretion. Engraved Invitations, Wine Charms and most non breakable items are most appropriate for International delivery. Breakable items will most likely not be an accepted order for International delivery.

Orders sent Internationally will usually take between 3 and 10 business days to deliver, depending on the location {plus order processing time}.

ALL International delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis, the delivery option on checkout will be "PLEASE QUOTE". We will contact you by email to advise the correct delivery charges. You will then have the opportunity to continue with your order, or cancel your order, whichever you prefer.

ALL payments are accepted and processed in Australian Dollars. We will always advise and process totals in AUD, and your bank {credit card or account issuing bank} determines the exchange rate {AMEX payments will incur an additional 3% surcharge}.
